The data, whether personal or special categories, are processed in compliance with the protection provisions contained in the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) and the provisions of the "Code for the Protection of Personal Data" approved by Legislative Decree 30.6.2003, No. 196 et seq. mm, both in terms of procedure and custody suitable to guarantee confidentiality. Both manual and computer and telematic tools are used, with logics of organization and processing strictly related to the purposes, and organizational measures, including physical ones, that guarantee lawfulness, correctness, and transparency of processing, and accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and minimization of processed data.

The processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest. The personal data, identification, contact details and any reasons for the booking request, which you provide, are in fact processed for the purpose of processing your request. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(e) of GDPR 2016/679 and Article 2-ter of Legislative Decree 30.6.2003, no. 196 ff.


The subjects processing your data are:
- specially authorised employees/project managers and/or the owner's delegates of the competent municipal offices pursuant to Appendix A of the municipal organic and organisational regulations, including system administrators with direct access;
- managers who manage them on behalf of the Municipality;
- municipal administrators, if they so request for reasons related to the exercise of their office;
- employees of the cooperative entrusted with the civic museum visit surveillance service

Data are stored according to the criteria indicated in the Storage Plan of the Document Management Manual of the Municipality of Bozen-Bolzano in the public interest. The data may be re-used for the purpose of improving the quality of the services provided by the Municipality of Bozen-Bolzano.


The data contained in the records of the IT systems for document management and accounting management may be re-used in new processing activities consistent with institutional purposes.


The data, which are pseudonymised in compliance with the measures for the protection of your rights and freedoms, are re-used, and in some cases disclosed to third parties, exclusively for statistical purposes.


The data subject's rights are described in Articles 15, 16, 18, 21 of GDPR 2016/679:
- Right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him/her is being processed, access to it, the related information listed in Art. 15;
- right to obtain rectification of data without undue delay, including supplementation of data;
- the right to obtain the restriction of the processing and notification of its possible revocation, if the conditions described in Art. 18 of the GDPR are met;
